We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4.2 Free Trial: New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. No payment information is required during the trial.

4.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

4.4 Subscription Period: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you will have access to the Service for the duration of your subscription period. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel.

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period. Refunds are provided only in cases of significant technical issues that prevent service access for an extended period, or duplicate or erroneous charges. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4.6 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription pricing at any time. Continued use of the Service after any pricing changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

5.1 Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.

9.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DairyFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us.

9.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DairyFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the application or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current subscription period.

10.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, delete your account data after a reasonable period following termination. We recommend exporting any important data before terminating your account.

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and DairyFlow concerning the Service.

13.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.3 No Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
